Young & Rubicam he worked with online and direct marketers to solve issues of data exploration, survey projection, segmentation analysis, customer valuation, and predictive modeling. 
He also was Senior Vice President of marketing information and research at Associated Bank, and Group Leader for Database Marketing at Marshall & Ilsley Bank.  In these roles he was responsible for all customer insight development, direct mail campaign management, market research, and results reporting.
Chris is an adjunct lecturer in Customer Segmentation and Lifetime Value at Northwestern University and a frequent speaker on database marketing.  He holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
