biotechnology to help them acquire, retain, and develop customers.  Much of his work included working with senior level stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer service, and IT.
Prior to Inforte, John managed customer, product, transaction, and prospect database operations at Experian for a variety of clients engaged in direct marketing activities.  John collaborated with clients to gather, analyze, and implement marketing campaign requirements, develop efficient and streamlined marketing database processes, and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of their marketing campaigns.
John holds an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt School of Business where he graduated with distinction with an emphasis on Marketing Management.  In addition, John holds a BS in Computer Information Science from Missouri Southern State University.   He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, taking an active leadership role in DePaul University’s Denver Alumni Chapter, and skiing/hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
